Ingredients
Olive oil - 1 cup
Juice of 2 lemons
Finely chopped parsley - 4 tsps
Finely chopped fresh oregano - 2 1/2 tsps
Salt
Beat the olive oil in a warm bowl, gradually adding 1/4 cup hot water, the lemon juice, parsley and oregano. Add salt to taste and warm the sauce in the top of a double boiler. Pour it hot over meat or fish, serve immediately
