Ingredients
Cleaned Cecinelli - 1 pound
Garlic, finely chopped - 1-2 cloves
Olive oil
Finely chopped oregano, to taste
Salt and pepper
Clean the fish in the usual manner, removing heads, tails, etc., and wash them. Pat dry with paper towels and spread over the unbaked pizza dough. Sprinkle lightly with garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper, and bake in the hottest part of a thoroughly preheated hot oven (475F) until done. Serve at once.
