
Baby Lamb Chops (Abruzzo)

Ingredients
Baby lamb chops - 12
Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Sage - 2-3 sprigs
Salt and pepper
Dry white wine - 1/2 cup
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the sage and the lamb chops, fitting them all into the pan at the same time, and brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour in the wine and continue cooking until the chops are tender and the wine has evaporated. Serve immediately with lemon juice.
