Ingredients
Bread - 12 slices
Beef bone marrow - 1/4 pound
Salt
Lightly toast bread on both sides. Spread with bone marrow, sprinkle with salt and put into a hot oven (450F) for a few minutes until the bone marrow begins to melt. Srve very hot.
