
Dried Salt Cod with Garlic Sauce (Liguria)

Ingredients
Pre-soaked salt cod - 2 pounds
Flour
Oil for frying
Garlic sauce
Cut the salt cod into strips. Dry it thoroughly and coat lightly with flour. Heat plenty of olive oil and fry the pieces of cod until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve with garlic sauce.
